The Knowledge Image

A Knowledge Image is the V5 artifact you mount and query. `createKnowledgeImageV5` builds it from source bytes. `stateRoot` names the mounted runtime. The same image bytes can move from a build machine to a browser or a server without becoming a different system.

A v4 pack is a different artifact. The next module builds one with `buildPack` and grades the SHA-256 of those bytes. Mounting that pack is not the same call as mounting a Knowledge Image.

The image is not a vector database, and it is not a certificate that a person passed KCD. Publishing an image does not make the publisher certified. Passing KCD does not audit the image.

Inspect

After a build, the thing you keep is the artifact, not the editor session that produced it. If two builds of the same canonical inputs disagree, the inputs were not canonical yet.
